A. Don't worry. Please feel free to contact us. We will search and answer your questions for you. Item conditon is very important. After you order, we will check whether your expected condition is same as the condition of selling item.

Q. Why do I have to pay the shipping fee in the last payment?
A. Shipping fee depends on the item weight. Until I get your item, I could not measure and know the total weight. If I estimate the weights and request payment, you might get overcharged. This is against our policy. The shipping fee should be the real cost that I paid to get your item in Japan and to send it to your country.

Q. I intend to order many auction items. Any special service?
A. Yes. After you order many auction items, manager of JSS will contact you and offer you an easier and quicker way of transacting, provide discounted comission fees, your own yahoo japan ID and so on.

Q. I ordered 3 items in a single transaction. Should I pay for each item separately?
A. No. Payments are done per transaction. For example, if you ordered 3 items in a single transaction, you need only a single payment for all 3 items.

Q. Can I see my order status?
A. You can see the order status in "My Account" section of JSS Online Shop.

Q. Do you tell me that bids were taken for higher price than mine?
A. No. We will not tell you it. Please bid for your BEST price.

Q. What do I need to do after won the auction.
A. Please make the order Auction Support Service (Bid on your Own) and send the 1st payment on JSS online Shop. Refer to the transaction flow.

Q. Do you tell me that I won the auction or not?
A. No. We will not tell you it. Please check it yourself.

Q. Can I select how to declare on customs paper?
A. Yes. You can submit how to declare on the customs paper when you send the last payment.

Q. Can you send the order to the address which is not my address?
A. Yes. You can submit the delivery address when you send the last payment.
