You could see the following order status in your "My Account" of JSS Online Shop

| Order Status | What does this status means? |
| Pending | JSS is waiting your 1st payment.
You need to send 1st payment through your order status in your "My Account". |
| On Hold | JSS is confirming your 1st payment.
The status will be Processing status after confirming your payment. |
| Bidding | JSS is bidding for your auction.
**This is available only for JSS Bids service. |
| Processing | JSS communicates with seller and receive your item. |
| Select shipping,packing option | JSS is waiting that you select your prefer shipping and packing method. If you don't select it within 7 days, the charges for custody will be charged. |
| Received | JSS received your item.
Your item might be hold a few days to be combined and shipped. If you want to ship it immediately, email auction@japantoy.biz the order number you want to ship immediately. |
| Waiting last payment | JSS is waiting your last payment.
You need to send last payment through your order status in your "My Account ".
