Payment

We can only accept payments in japanese yen made via PayPal (email or credit card mode). Payment should be made for 1st payment   JSS bids: within 3 days before finishing auction   Bid on your own: Order and 1st payment should be made within 24 hours after you won the auction. If you place order or send the 1st payment before that, your order will be closed and 1st payment will be refunded fully. last payment within 7 days after order status changed to Waiting Last Payment. If it is not received within that period, we will cancel your order.

Total price = 1st payment + Last Payment

The amount of discounted commission fee (Discount rate * total amount of commission fee in current month) will be deposited to your points for the next month.

(*1) Number of items in properly completed transactions (transactions successfully concluded up to the last payment) for one month. Only last payments with the correct amounts issued to Japan Toy will be counted.

1000 yen: Seller sends 1 item to JSS. 1500 yen: Seller combines and sends more than 2 items to JSS.
If the item is sent to us from outside japan, the acquisition cost will be real cost (we paid to the seller).

Acquisition cost from 1st March 2009.

Real acquisition cost is charged. This includes bank transfer fee, shipping fee inside japan, packing fee and so on.

We always select the reasonable and safe shipping method. If you won multiple items from same seller, we will ask the seller to combine them.

Transaction fee

4.5% for (1st payment + commission fee + acquisition cost + shipping cost + packing fee + outstanding payment) + 100 yen

Q. Why you charge the transaction fee? Another sites does not charge it. A. Our transaction fee is the paypal transaction fee that the receiver needs to pay to paypal. Another sites charges it when you send the money using the higher exchange rate than paypal rate.(You can check the paypal rate on the paypal\'s web site.) (e.g.) This is the example of the exchange rate of a site. They uses their own rate 1 USD = 88 yen. Paypal rate is 1 USD = 92.8894 yen. 92.8894 - 88 = 4.8894 yen. 4.8894/92.8894=5.2% The paypal transaction fee is around 3% - 5% like our transaction fee. This means they charges 5.2% of your payment when you send the money. In order to compare our payment schedule, just do it without our paypal transaction fee.Our fee is definitely reasonable compare to them.

Outstanding payment/Japanese sales tax

If any Sometime the seller requests us the japanese sales tax 5%. It will be the outstanding payment. If the seller does not charge it for us, this is 0 yen.

Refunding payment

Bid on Your own service

1st payment should be equal to the total of the final auction price. When your 1st payment is not equal to the total of the final auction price, it will be processed as the following. Your payment > Correct 1st payment (final auction price) The difference of (payment - correct 1st payment) will be used for your last payment automatically. After you send your last payment, if there is still some remainder from your payment, you have 2 choices: 1. Deposit 100% of it to your points. 2. Refund 100% of it to your paypal account. ** In this case, you need to pay the PayPal transaction fee. You will receive a notification from us inquiring about which option you prefer after we receive your last payment. Your payment < Correct 1st payment (final auction price) We don\'t accept any additional payment. We will refund your 1st payment fully. You need to send 1st payment in your MyAccount section.
