- We will ship your item to the address that is submitted when you send the last payment. But the delivery country can not change.

| Scheduled Shipping |
The scheduled shipping is available.
Just email shipping@japantoy.biz how to ship your item until AM10 in JST.
JSS checks the last payment and ship your order in the day except Sat., Sun. and national holiday.
If you email us after AM 10, the scheduled shipping is not available for the order.

| Packing |
- All your items will be packed by air babble and/or paper and put in outer box.
- The shipping method and the combined method can not be changed in any reason after the status is set to "Packing".

Unless specified, we use the "Combined shipping" option by default to send out your items.
We combine and ship the items for all our service.

After you selected the shipping method, we will follow same combined shipping rule used in another shipping method.

| Small packet, international percel post and EMS |
If we receive a new order from you before we have shipped the item from your earlier order(s), we will wait for the arrival of the item specified in the new order and send them all in a single shipment.
This policy will be applied to all orders except for the following situations:- The total of weights or size reaches the limitation of shipping method.
- 2. No more order from you.
Combined shipping may possibly cause a lag in the shipment of your item.
If you prefer us to ship immediately, email info@japantoy.biz your order number.
We will accelerate the shipping of the order(s) that you specify.
On the other hand, if there are no more orders from you by the time we acquire all your items, we will immediately proceed with shipping.
If you wish to combine your current items with an order(s) that you will be making in a couple of days, please let us know in the comments form of the checkout process.
If it is not possible to combine your items in a single package, we will suggest another shipping method to you.
