Yahoo Japan id changes

There are 2 types of yahoo japan ID (normal ID and premium ID). To bid on items exceeding 5000 yen, you will be required to upgrade your normal id to premium ID. Upon request, Japan Shopping Service can make the application for upgrading to or issuing of premium IDs on your behalf. Please refer to the table below for the new rules on each ID type. All timeline is in JST (Japanese Standard Time). The premium id is only valid until the last day of the month it is acquired. Even if you upgrade your id to premium at the last day of the month, the premium id fee for that month will be charged to you. (eg.) If you get/renew your premium id on Aug. 31. The fee will be charged to you for the month of August and your premium id expire on Aug.31 24:00. Requests for downgrading your premium id to normal should be done at least 3 business days prior to the last day of the month. If you request it later than that, the premium ID fee for the next month will be charged to you. Upgrading of normal id to premium id will take 1-3 business days. Issuing of normal id will take 1-3 business days. Issuing of premium id it will take 1-3 business days. How to know my id type?    1. Login to your Japan Shopping Service MyAccount section    2. See the Yahoo Japan Auction section at the bottom of the page. How to upgrade my normal ID to premium ID?    1. Click the link "Upgrade to premium id" at the bottom of your Japan Shopping Service MyAccount section.    2. Select the Terms and send the payment. How to downgrade my premium id to normal id?    1. Click the link "Downgrade to normal id" at the bottom of your Japan Shopping Service MyAccount section. How to request my own yahoo japan id?    1. Click the link "Request yahoo japan id" at the bottom of your Japan Shopping Service MyAccount section.    2. Select the id type, terms, preferred id and password.    3. Send the payment if you selected the premium type. How to renew my premium id?    1.
