Q. Why do I have to pay the shipping fee in the last payment?

A. Shipping fee depends on the item weight. Until I get your item, I could not measure and know the total weight. If I estimate the weights and request payment, you might get overcharged. This is against our policy. The shipping fee should be the real cost that I paid to get your item in Japan and to send it to your country.

Q. I intend to order many items. Any special service?
A. Yes. After you order many items, owner of Japan Shopping Service will contact you and offer you an easier and quicker way of transacting and also provide discounted comission fees.

Q. I ordered 3 items in a single transaction. Should I pay for each item separately?
A. No. Payments are done per transaction. For example, if you ordered 3 items in a single transaction, you need only a single payment for all 3 items.
